Terms of sale

These terms cover the plans bought through this site’s link to the BaobabSIM store. The seller of record on every order is LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001233010, EU VAT ID PL7011306806.

What you buy

A prepaid data eSIM for Morocco. The local plans are lines on Orange Maroc, one of Morocco’s three networks, so in Morocco the phone connects as a Moroccan line. The regional plans cover other African countries through a partner network in each, with data roaming turned on for the eSIM line. Every plan is data only: no phone number comes with it, and your own number stays on your phone for calls and messages. All plans are prepaid, so the connection cannot add charges to them.

Prices are shown in US dollars, tax included, before you pay.

Checkout, delivery and support

Checkout, payment, the order page and support run on baobabsim.com, the company’s store for Africa and the Middle East, and its terms of sale apply to your order together with this page. The QR code appears on your order page right after payment, and the store emails you the link. The QR code is personal: anyone holding it can install the eSIM, and most phones install a code only once.

Refunds

You are refunded in full if the eSIM is not delivered, or if it cannot be made to work and we cannot fix it. A working eSIM is not refunded for a change of mind. The refund policy has the detail, and the store’s own refund policy applies to your order.

What we are not

We are not a mobile network and not affiliated with any Moroccan carrier; network names on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used to describe the country’s networks. Nothing on this site is legal, medical or travel safety advice.

The English text is the binding one. Where this page and the store’s own terms differ about your order, the store’s terms apply.
