contact@localsimmorocco.com is for anything about the pages here: a question a page did not answer, a mistake, a source you think we should read. Corrections get priority. We answer in writing, in English, and we do not call.
The store
contact@baobabsim.com is BaobabSIM, the store that runs checkout, shows your QR code on the order page and handles refunds. Write from the address you paid with, with your order link or the date of the payment, when you ask about an order.
What this site cannot do
We cannot look up orders, resend a QR code, or issue a refund: only the store can. If a page here disagrees with the store’s checkout, the store’s terms of sale are the ones that apply to your purchase.
